I don't know if that is normal/correct (because I have a separate dongle for the mouse and keyboard), or if I have two different drivers installed. Clicking on them gives me the option to remove the device. Under my "Bluetooth & other devices" -> "Mouse, Keyboard, & Pen", I have two identical entries for "Logitech Unifying Receiver". There are a couple of odd things in my Windows 10 device manager that look suspicious to me, but I don't know if they are normal, and I don't want to mess with anything without knowing for sure.

Trying to do things like highlight text (to copy/paste, etc) is almost impossible. The most common is that sometimes it will start registering every mouse click as a double click. The mouse isn't quite as bad, but it has lag problems sometimes as well. When play games (most recently, Baldur's Gate 3), after I have been playing for awhile, the keyboard will start have several seconds delay before it registers a key press, and eventually almost completely stops responding at all (if I hit a key over and over again, it might respond after 5 or 10 seconds). I get a lot of repeating keys when I am typing (type "apple" and it will come out "aappllle") There is a delay between when I type something and when it appears (this happens in Chrome, in Word, in Discord, etc.

Sometimes they work just fine, but about half of the time the keyboard has horrible lag.

I don't want to just buy new equipment if that isn't the issue. I suspect that this is the problem (the two dongles conflicting with each other), but I am not sure. They each have their own USB dongle (keyboard and mouse died at different times, so I bought them separately instead of buying a pair that share a dongle). I have a K350 wireless keyboard, and an M510 wireless mouse. I am at my wits end with this problem, and I'm hoping somebody here has dealt with a similar issue and has figured out a fix.
